Seven years in the making and five remakes later, BattleBit Remastered is preparing to step into Early Access in June 2023. The development team, originating from a group of enthusiastic gamers, set out to craft a game with the features they loved in other titles. They dove into the project with limited game development experience, no budget, and a committed community of supporters.

The team has expressed heartfelt gratitude for the support they’ve received throughout this journey. They credit the gaming community for making the upcoming Early Access launch possible.

Before the game officially steps into Early Access, there will be a final 48-hour playtest beginning on June 9th. This playtest offers the last opportunity for gamers to experience BattleBit Remastered before its Early Access debut.

BattleBit Remastered is a low poly FPS aiming for a massive multiplayer experience. Players can engage in large-scale battles, utilizing ground vehicles, boats, and air support. Unique to this game is a near-fully destructible map, allowing players to mold the battlefield to their strategic advantage.

One of the game’s highlights is its ability to accommodate various player sizes on different maps and game modes. Whether it’s battles of 8vs8, 16vs16, 32vs32, 64vs64, or 127vs127, BattleBit Remastered accommodates all. The layout of the maps adjusts depending on the current number of players in the server, ensuring that battles remain engaging and fluid.

The game also allows players to choose their own specialization, whether as an Assault, Medic, Engineer, Support, or Recon. This level of customization allows for strategic play and coordination within squads. In-game voice chat and text chat are included, emphasizing the importance of communication and teamwork.

The game boasts an impressive armory, offering over 35 weapons, each with customizable attachments. This range of options allows for flexibility in customizing players’ Loadout and Soldier. A notable point is that the backpack players carry will influence their loadout capacity.

In terms of available assets, BattleBit Remastered doesn’t disappoint. Ground, naval, and air vehicles are all part of the game, giving players tools to control the battle’s flow and steer their team towards victory.
