With so many monsters available, you may be wondering how to breed Rare Yawstrich, and we have a step-by-step guide to help you!

How to breed Rare Yawstrich in My Singing Monsters

To breed Rare Yawstrich, you will need to breed T-Rox and Scups on Air Island during the the Season of Love event, which is a Valentine’s Day event that happens annually in February. For 2023, it kicked off February 1st and goes through February 20th. You’ll want to feed your Rare Yawstrich until its level 15, so that you can teleport it to the Seasonal Shanty; this will allow you to breed it any time within the Seasonal Shanty.

Outside of the Season of Love event, you can breed this Seasonal Monster, along with others like it, during the weekend Out-of-Season Event and the Anniversary Month Celebration.

Breeding monsters in My Singing Monsters is a key aspect of the game. To breed two monsters, players must first select a breeding structure such as the Breeding Tree or the Monster Nursery. Once the structure is chosen, players must place the desired monsters inside and wait for the breeding process to complete.

The time it takes to breed a monster depends on the rarity of the monsters being bred and the level of the breeding structure. To ensure successful breeding, players must also match the correct elements of the monsters, such as fire and earth, to create a hybrid monster with new traits and abilities.

Additionally, players can use coins, diamonds or special items to speed up the breeding process. With each successful breeding, players can expand their collection of unique and musical monsters, and enjoy the full experience of the game.

Who is the Rare Yawstrich?

The official description of this monster from the game is as follows: “1 in every 55 Yawstriches is born with a specific genetic mutation that produces radically different-colored plumage and converts their avian wings into insectoid ones. Rather than feeling self-conscious about what sets it apart, this Rare Mythical celebrates its differences and leans into it – perhaps even going overboard! It styles elaborate feather-dos by burying its head in sand, and allows Yucka seedpods to take root on its body and grow a miniature ecosystem on its back. Gotta love it when Monsters embrace their weirdness.”

We hope our guide has helped you learn how to breed Rare Yawstrich in My Singing Monsters! The game is free to play on Steam as well as on mobile apps. Check out more of our My Singing Monsters coverage.
