Changing your Outfit
To change your costume in KonoSuba: Fantastic Days, you will need to hit the Team button from the Home menu page. Now, select the Character option from the Team menu. Select the character that whose costume it is that you want to change. Press the Costumes button on the right side of the screen, and select the outfit you want them to wear!
It is important to note that you can only change a costume if you have unlocked one of them from Recruiting characters. Some of the characters have different classes that when you obtain them when Recruiting you will also receive a costume. Not all characters have a costume available to them at the moment, so you might have to wait until one of your favorites has them added.
A costume will only really change the outfit in terms of what the character looks like on the home screen. You will only see a particular costume in gameplay if you use the character class that features that outfit. That can be a confusing part about this game, each character has multiple classes that you can collect that will raise their power and allow them to use different abilities!
