SEGA Corporation is set to acquire Finnish mobile gaming giant Rovio Entertainment for €706 million, bolstering its position in the growing mobile gaming market and expanding its global reach.

SEGA is said to be in advanced negotiations to acquire Rovio Entertainment, the Finnish developer responsible for the renowned Angry Birds mobile game, for an estimated $1 billion.
