This guide will explain everything you need to know to pick up those eggs and unlock the Draco Race.

For those seeking extra perks like double-exp boosts, don’t forget to check the Blox Fruits’s codes page.

What Does “Your spirit is not attuned to the dragons” Mean in Blox Fruits?

When Blox Fruits says, “Your spirit is not attuned to the dragons,” it means you don’t have the Dragon Tether ability. Dragon Tether is a unique skill that allows you to safely pick up Dragon Eggs without them exploding. Without it, your character isn’t considered “worthy” by the dragons. The Dragon Tether is essential not only for picking up eggs but also for starting the process of becoming the Draco Race in Blox Fruits.

How to Get Dragon Tether in Blox Fruits

The Dragon Tether ability is something you’ll need to unlock, and it’s tied to a specific NPC called the Dragon Wizard. To get Dragon Tether, you must speak to the Dragon Wizard. However, the Dragon Wizard won’t acknowledge you unless you have the Dojo Belt [Black]. Without the Black Belt, you won’t even get the chance to learn Dragon Tether.

How to Get the Dojo Belt [Black] in Blox Fruits

The Dojo Belt [Black] is the final reward in a series of quests from the Dragon Dojo on Hydra Island. To get it, you’ll need to complete eight quests that reward you with different Dojo Belts. Each belt represents a step in your progress, and they’re not just for show—they also act as accessories that boost your Melee Damage and Movement Speed. Here’s a quick rundown of all the belts you’ll need to collect:

  • Dojo Belt (White): The first belt, obtained by defeating NPCs with a level difference of 100 or less.
  • Dojo Belt (Yellow): Earned by defeating five Sea Entities, which are specific enemies encountered during Ship Raids.
  • Dojo Belt (Orange): Requires you to successfully trade with another player.
  • Dojo Belt (Green): Gained by exploring high-level sea danger zones.
  • Dojo Belt (Blue): Earned by having another player drop a fruit for you and then returning it.
  • Dojo Belt (Purple): Requires you to defeat three Elite Pirates in the Third Sea.
  • Dojo Belt (Red): Awarded after completing a rumbling waters sea event.
  • Dojo Belt (Black): The final belt, given as a reward for completing the Prehistoric Island event.

Once you’ve earned all the belts and finally obtained the Black Belt, you’ll be able to speak to the Dragon Wizard. He’ll teach you the Dragon Tether ability, which tunes your spirit to the dragons and lets you pick up the Dragon Eggs from the Prehistoric Island event.

How to Use Dragon Tether to Pick Up Dragon Eggs

With Dragon Tether unlocked, head back to Prehistoric Island and revisit the Ancient Relic event. This time, when you attempt to pick up a Dragon Egg, it won’t explode. The Dragon Tether ensures your spirit is properly attuned, allowing you to safely collect the egg. Once you’ve secured the Dragon Egg, you can take the next steps toward unlocking the Draco Race.
