To evolve Green Esper into Green Esper (Full Power) in Anime Last Stand, you first need to get Green Esper. She’s available in Banner 2, but since she’s a Celestial unit, there’s only a 0.5% chance of pulling her.

Once you have Tatsumaki, you’ll need these EVO materials to evolve her:

Green Esper (Full Power) Effects and Passives
Effect: Slow
- Tatsumaki’s attacks apply Slow to all enemies hit.
- Afflicted enemies have their movement speed reduced by 33%.
Psychic Zone
- For every enemy in range, the slow effectiveness increases by 2% (capping at 40%).
- This means her total Slow effectiveness reaches 80% (40% base + 40% from passive).
- Enemies who receive the full 80% Slow take 15% more damage.
Indomitable Will
- Every time Tatsumaki gets stunned, she gains 5% more damage (capping at 25%).
- After being stunned five times, she becomes permanently immune to stuns.
