Koei Tecmo announced today that the remaster of the 1997 turn-based item crafting JRPG, Atelier Marie Remake: The Alchemist of Salburg, is now available for digital pre-order.
In Atelier Marie Remake: Alchemist of Salburg, players are reintroduced to Marie, a struggling student at the Royal Academy of Magic. Marie’s ultimate goal is to create an item within five years that will satisfy her teacher but to do so, she must improve her alchemy skills, gather materials, and earn money for reference books and tools, as well as hire adventurers.
Atelier Marie Remake features all-new graphics, with newly illustrated character and event stills, as well as new 2D animations of character stills. 3D models of characters and stages were also added, along with cute chibi-style characters.
Atelier Marie Remake: Alchemist of Salburg is scheduled to be released on July 17th, 2023 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. Today, Koei Tecmo revealed that the digital version of Atelier Marie Remake is now available for pre-order on PlayStation Store and Steam. Koei Tecmo is also offering pre-order bonuses, which are as follows:

- Magic Herb ×20
- Hebel Water ×20
- Kanone Rock ×20
Atelier Marie Remake Digital Deluxe Edition will also be available, which contains the following content:
- Full original game “Atelier Marie Plus: The Alchemist of Salburg” included.
- “Atelier Marie Plus” can be selected from the title screen of the main game. You can play the game with the same feeling as when it was first released, in modern graphics, and in the same language as the main game.
- Gust Extra BGM Pack
- A BGM pack of Gust titles will be added, which can be used to change the BGM in the game.
- More than 400 tracks selected from Gust titles such as “Atelier Ryza 2” and “Atelier Sophie 2” will be added to the pack.
- “Another Look” Costume Set (Set of 33）
- An “another” color costume set for the 11 party characters. Three outfits will be added for each character, for a total of 33 outfits.
As part of the celebration of the 25th Anniversary of the Atelier series, two free DLCs will be available for all players from July 13, 2023. The two free DLCs include the “25 Glasses” accessory and the Atelier Series Legacy BGM Pack.
