Video game music has inspired many, with retro tunes helping to aid in the players’ complete focus in a way that modern developers only hope to replicate. Bandai Namco has a whole range of retro games and music from those titles to listen to, and today the developer has launched a new website to listen to music from past games.

The information was first reported by Genki_JPN on Twitter, where they link to the hosting website for the music. To listen, you’ll need to enable cookies on the website so that it can connect with your Spotify account, at which point the music should begin playing as normal. There are only four soundtracks to listen to right now, but Genki states that new songs are expected to be released each day.

Some of the soundtracks currently included on the Bandai Namco Game Music website are:

  • Baten Kaitos
  • Baten Kaitos II
  • Dragon Spirit
  • Xevious
  • Xevious 30th Anniversary
  • Odain
  • Ace Combat Zero
  • Ace Combat 2
  • Ace Combat 5
  • Ace Combat 6

Players should expect more songs to be added in the coming days to the Bandai Namco website, with players able to go to the website above and listen to the music anytime they want. Since it’s without lyrics and very energizing, some might find it helps them to focus on work or exercising.

Bandai has been making games for nearly 20 years and has a number of known properties, so there’s a range of music that the developer can pull from to add to its website.
