Best Jinzo Deck In Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel

Jinzo is a fan-favorite character from the original Yu-Gi-Oh anime who has survived as a somewhat powerful card even into the current meta. His ability to negate trap effects effectively removes 1/3 of the game as an option, putting the unprepared opponent at a disadvantage. Building a Jinzo Deck In Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel

A Jinzo deck is all about one thing — Jinzo himself. All of the cards in this deck are built around getting Jinzo on the field as fast as possible and buffing him to take your enemy down. This deck makes it incredibly easy to link summon powerful OTK monsters from the extra deck, so ending games should be pretty easy.

Something to keep in mind when you play a Jinzo deck is that you won’t be able to make use of trap cards. Jinzo’s effect applies to both side of the board, so your own trap card activations will be negated when he’s face up on the field.

Playing The Jinzo Deck

You may find yourself asking at this point, “If Jinzo negates my own trap cards, why does this decklist include them?” A keen observer will notice that the 6 trap cards included in this deck are actually, ironically enough, incredibly useful for getting Jinzo out on the board.

Jinzo The Machine Menace can be special summoned from your hand if there’s a face-up trap card in either graveyard. By using these fast activate trap cards, you can get Machine Menace on the field incredibly fast.

Your Phantom Knight cards can be used to get Shade Brigandine to your hand. Then, you can place Shade Brigandine, flip it, and use it as extra deck summoning material. Then, once it’s in the graveyard, you can summon Machine Menace from your hand. If you want to get Jinzo out real fast, you can also just use Shade to tribute summon Jinzo.
