Bramble The Mountain King is an upcoming horror adventure game by developer Dimfrost Studio and publisher Merge Games. In this game, players will take on the role of a young boy as they embark on a grim adventure set in a world inspired by dark Nordic fables.
Bramble The Mountain King was introduced for the first time during the 2021 IGN Expo. Last year, a demo of the game was made available for PC via Steam and PlayStation 5. Recently, Bramble The Mountain King was finally announced to be released on April 27th for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. Bramble The Mountain King takes players on an engrossing and terrifying journey through breathtaking surroundings inhabited by gnomes, trolls, and other creatures. As a young boy named Olle, who is lost in a magical fantasy world, players will set off on a perilous journey to rescue his sister who was kidnapped by a monstrous troll.
It is to the player’s greatest advantage to always keep a close eye out for potential danger, as caverns and woodlands in the world of Bramble are home to a wide variety of vicious and hungry monsters. Fortunately, players may call upon the Spark of Courage, an enchanted fragment granting the gifts that they will need to survive the challenges and obstacles. In addition to its exciting and heart-pounding mechanics, Bramble The Mountain King features a beautiful yet dangerous world where players may learn more about the twisted, mythical creatures from Nordic folklore.
