Business simulators allow players to live out the experience of owning a small business and seeing it grow from fledgling ranks to among the best. Calico, the cat cafe simulator from Peachy Keen Games, has announced that it is coming to PlayStation 4 and 5 soon.
In the game, players will help rebuild a community of people and refill it with adorable creatures as they venture across a unique pastel-colored world. Players will have their own rideable mount that seems to extend beyond cats and a town full of smaller versions of the felines. In the trailer below, players can get a look at some of the scenes and mini-games that can be found within Calico.
The version of Calico coming to PlayStation consoles is the Pawsome Edition, which brings new animals and a visual overhaul to create an even more cozy experience. In addition to the cooking mechanic that players were fans of being expanded, there are now mini-games for each new meal that provide players with more gold and experience.
Throughout the entirety of Calico, players will create a fledgling cat cafe and recruit animals to relax around their business. When not running their business or collecting a variety of different clothes, players can make potions that provide unique benefits to the furry friends that they’ll make on their journey.
Calico is already available currently on PC via multiple platforms, Xbox consoles, and Nintendo Switch, with PlayStation 4 and 5’s release date expected in “the coming months.”
