Console trailer announced for Mordhau

Mordhau is a multiplayer medieval hack and slash game where you will experience fast-paced combat, sieges, and more. From Triternion, this popular PC game is coming to Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. The official release date has yet to be revealed.

The official console trailer for Mordhau showcases first-person combat, heavy castle sieges, weapon options, and general gameplay.

In Mordhau, players become fictional mercenaries and enter a chaotic battlefield of up to 80 players set in a realistic world. 

The key features of Mordhau include:

• Battle: Experience small-scale skirmishes to 64-player brutal war combat in Frontline and Invasion modes
• Co-op and offline play: Play with your friends in co-op Horde mode or practice your skills against AI offline.

• Melee and ranged combat: There are multiple weapons for you to choose from, which allows you to gain complete control over your character and fight your way to victory in your style with a range of combo mechanics.
• Character customization: Customize your character to suit your preferences. You can sculpt the face, pick individual armor pieces to create a new look, or create your weapon of choice from different parts. 
• Weapons and Equipment: You can choose between greatswords, bows and arrows, use shields, or build fortifications. The range of weapons and equipment varies, meaning you can find a weapon or two that suits your game style. 
• Nowhere is safe: Take on your enemies anywhere and everywhere. Experience cavalry charges, operate siege machines, or fight on ladders.
• Blood and Gore: The blood and gore in Mordhau is an optional feature, so you can choose whether you’d like to see that. If you do, you will feel every blow and send limbs flying as you take care of your enemies.
• Realistic combat: Combat in Mordhau looks real and has believable gameplay mechanics.
