Developer Kadokawa Games and publisher Clouded Leopard Entertainment revealed that Demon Gaze Extra, the enhanced version of the acclaimed dungeon RPG, Demon Gaze, will be arriving on PC on April 26, 2022.
The announcement of the release date was made together with the reveal of a new trailer, showcasing a little of what fans can expect from the new port of the acclaimed title. As mentioned above, Demon Gaze Extra is an enhanced version of the acclaimed Demon Gaze and was first released in 2021 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch. On it, players take on the role of Oz, a fully customizable protagonist who, after walking up into an inn without most of his memories, decides to become a bounty hunter. Players will then follow Oz as he uncovers the secrets surrounding the Demon Gaze and his powers, meets a wide cast of companions, and face dangerous enemies while exploring the cursed land of Misrid.
Compared to the original version of the title, Demon Gaze Extra features not only improved high definition graphics but also new modes and jobs, among many other welcome additions. The PC version of the title will also feature an option to choose between the original Japanese audio or the English voice acting, allowing players the chance to play in the language of their choosing.
Fans can currently pre-order the game’s PC version exclusively on Steam by buying either its standard edition for $49.99 USD or its Digital Premium Edition for $69.98 USD. With that said, the title’s page on Steam seems to be unavailable in a few regions at the time this article is being written.
