Destiny 2 is a free-to-play open-world game where you must explore the solar system’s mysteries with first-person shooter combat. Bungie has revealed an all-new season called Seasons of the Haunted for Destiny 2: The Witch Queen in an announcement trailer.
In this season, Leviathan has returned. Calus’ desires have taken many forms over the years, and his once beautiful ship is now worn down and filled with corruption. Unfortunately for humanity, he has now returned. He has his sights set on the Pyramid ship lying dormant on the Moon.
As he connects with the Pyramid, Nightmares of the past awaken, threatening to torment anyone who interferes. The H.E.L.M. is now running dark within the Moon’s orbit to respond and face these threats. One of your jobs is to summon the Nightmares and defeat them, and the other, of course, is to save humanity.
The Season Pass allows you to get gear, rewards, and more. You can also instantly unlock the new Exotic Sidearm. In addition, you can gain XP boosts that speed up Seasonal ranks and reward track. Like past seasons, everyone can get a few missions and rewards for free (ones that don’t require a Season Pass). One thing that is available for free for everyone is Solar 3.0. Solar becomes the latest subclass to receive a complete redesign empowered by the ultra-customizable Aspects and Fragments system. Discover new builds and fight fire with fire.
