Diablo 4 Server Slam Details
The Server Slam event for Diablo IV offers players a final opportunity to experience a portion of the game, while simultaneously stress-testing the servers before the official release. The Prologue and the complete Act I will serve as your playground to vanquish demons across the Fractured Peaks, the game’s first zone. Players can traverse the challenging terrain as one of five characters – Barbarian, Druid, Necromancer, Rogue, or Sorcerer, using their unique skills to overpower enemies.
Those who participated in the Early Access and Open Beta weekends will find familiar aspects in the Server Slam event, but with several modifications. Notably, character progression from the Early Access and Open Beta weekends will not be transferred to the Server Slam event. Similarly, character progression achieved during the Server Slam event will not be carried forward to the game’s official launch.

During the Server Slam event, players can level up their characters up to Level 20. After reaching this level, players will stop gaining Ability Points but can continue battling demons and collecting enticing gear. The Legendary Item drop rate has been adjusted to mirror the drop rate anticipated in the final version of Diablo IV. The Server Slam version of Diablo IV will also incorporate all bug fixes and updates based on the open beta feedback.
The Fractured Peaks zone presents a multitude of activities for leveling up your character. You can visit Kyovashad to repair and purchase new gear, upgrade your healing potion, access the Stash, and more. Experience the rich storyline of Sanctuary through Main and Side Quests, showcase your combat skills in World and Legion Events, and gather gear in Dungeons.
Players will face the formidable challenge of Ashava, one of the Burning Hells’ most malevolent creations. With her imposing stature, sharp arm blades, and scales tougher than plate mail, defeating Ashava, who is intent on inundating Sanctuary with poisonous bile, will be a significant accomplishment given the Level 20 cap during Server Slam.
Participants can earn rewards during the Server Slam event. Defeating Ashava will earn players the Cry of Ashava Mount Trophy. Several other rewards from the Early Access and Open Beta weekends are also available for players to earn again. Players who unlock these rewards will receive them upon the launch of Diablo IV. However, those who have previously earned these rewards during the Early Access and Open Beta weekends will not need to re-earn them.
Can we have the breaking everything perks, can we have save our progress of what and how far in a dungeon, caves we have been in and through. Loved the game loved the last one, but it is annoying when I have to keep going back through the whole thing again because I had to leave the game for something. Though it is a good way to farm and collect.
