Digimon Survive is a turn-based visual novel RPG that celebrates the 25th anniversary of the anime Digimon. From Bandai Namco, Digimon Survive is set in a mysterious world where the characters are designed by Uichi Ukumo, known for his design work on the Sangaku Time Tunnel series and Uno Morimachi Ayakashi Kitan series.
The music for this game has been created by the highly-acclaimed Tomoki Miyoshi, known for his works on Soulcalibur V and I Am Setsuna.
The Digimon Survive reveal trailer showcases the visual novel elements of this game, as well as the characters, storyline, combat, and of course, the Digimon monsters available to players.
The storyline for Digimon Survive revolves around a brand-new group of teenagers, led by Takuma Momozuka, who is just an average high schooler. Unfortunately, the group of teens get lost on their school’s camping trip and find themselves unwillingly transported to a strange new world filled with danger and monsters.
As they search for a way to return to their home, they must journey through the challenging world while making difficult decisions. Their friendships will be tested as they must fight to survive deadly battles.
Every decision you make in the game will impact the evolution of your monster allies and even the end of the game. The battles in Digmon Survive are fought in 2D in a classic SRPG style.
