Divine Knockout is a multiplayer third-person platform fighter game developed by Red Beard Games and published by Hi-Rez Studios. The gameplay is reminiscent of 2D platform fighters but played out from a unique third-person perspective. Players become a small-but-mighty god of myth as they brawl in all three dimensions and knock their opponents off the arena. Divine Knockout is scheduled for PlayStation, Xbox, and PC release on December 6th.
In Divine Knockout, players must deal damage to their foes to make them weak before attempting to knock them out of the arena with a powerful strike. This game has many arenas, each of which introduces a new gameplay aspect that the player must master in order to win. Some of them eventually fall apart, while others include lethal traps. As Hercules, players may hurl boulders, as King Arthur they can swing Excalibur, and as Thor, they can wield Mjolnir. Multiplayer modes in Divine Knockout include 3v3, 2v2, and 1v1 battles.
