In Bellwright, players find themselves in hiding after being framed for the murder of the Prince and sentenced to death by the Crown. Following a narrow escape from an assassination attempt, players discover a mysterious assassin’s contract, raising questions about their predicament and potential underlying schemes. Determined to uncover the truth, players return to the very place they escaped, leading a rebellion against their homeland’s oppressive Sovereign and unraveling the truth about their family’s secret.
Throughout the game, players will establish and expand their settlements, liberate their land, and recruit allies to their cause, discovering more about their past life. These recruits will assist players in building resources and strength to resist the Crown.
