Dr. Fetus’ Mean Meat Machine is an upcoming match-4 puzzler game developed by Headup Development and published by Thunderful Games. It is set in the Super Meat Boy Forever universe, provided with a unique twist by Super Meat Boy’s arch-enemy, the nefarious Dr. Fetus.
Dr. Fetus’ Mean Meat Machine is one of the indie titles presented during The MIX Direct Spring 2023 Showcase. The narrative of Dr. Fetus’ Mean Meat Machine begins shortly after the events of Super Meat Boy Forever.
