Dreamlight Valley Reveals Details of ‘The Remembering’ Update Patch

The much-anticipated 'The Remembering' update patch for Dreamlight Valley is set to launch on June 7th, featuring an exciting story update, new content, enhancements, and several bug fixes.

The game development team at Disney Dreamlight Valley has revealed the detailed features of their upcoming ‘The Remembering’ update patch, slated for release on June 7th. This new content update aims to broaden the gaming experience, offering players a diverse range of additional features and improvements.

The forthcoming patch promises the most substantial story update in the history of the game. This significant expansion of the narrative concludes the saga of ‘The Forgetting’, further enriching the game’s captivating plot.

In terms of new content, the Fairy Godmother character and her Friendship Quests will make their arrival in the Valley. The mystery of the giant pumpkin’s ownership, a question long pondered by players, will finally find its answer.

A dedicated ‘Wonder of Pixar Star Path’ allows players to celebrate Pixar’s legacy, showcasing exclusive items from the upcoming film ‘Elemental’, along with favorites like ‘Inside Out’, ‘Finding Nemo’ and ‘Finding Dory’, and ‘Turning Red’.

Additional optional items are slated to grace the Premium Shop for a limited period. From the ‘Dark Castle House Style’ to vacation-inspired ‘Dream Styles’ for various characters and animal companion skins, the update will provide ample variety for players seeking to enhance their gaming experience.

The update patch will also introduce a slew of improvements. Notably, it will feature the capability to preview in-game models of Premium Shop items prior to purchasing. The Premium Shop’s refresh time will now shift to 9:00 AM ET on Wednesdays.

In addition to these enhancements, the patch will expand the ‘Touch of Magic’ feature, enabling players to customize furniture using their accumulated motifs. Other additions include umbrella hand accessories for rainy days in the Valley and the ability to place multiple different player houses throughout the Valley, although each house style can only be placed once.

The forthcoming patch promises several key bug fixes. These range from resolving issues related to color inconsistencies with the Passion Lilies in the Frosted Heights biome to correcting the inability to cook the Dream Fizz recipe, and rectifying problems with quest-giver icons displaying improperly.
