Early Access To Forever Skies Has Been Pushed To The First Half Of 2023

Far From Home has decided to move the Early Access window for Forever Skies to the first half of 2023

Forever Skies is a first-person post-apocalyptic survival game developed and published by Far From Home. In this game, players will fly, upgrade, and customize a mobile high-tech airship base as they return to a devastated Earth. Gather resources to live, confront surface threats, and search for viral pathogens to treat a mysterious illness.

In the last several months, over 800,000 players have tested the demo for Forever Skies, and many have contributed an abundance of enthusiastic and critical feedback. As a result, the creators have opted to include a significant portion of this input and increase the game’s scope before its Early Access release. However, this will need more time. Far From Home has chosen to move Forever Skies’ Early Access timeframe until the first half of 2023.

Far From Home has also outlined all Forever Skies features that will be developed in the months leading up to the game’s release. Expansions for Forever Skies include the fundamentals of under the dust, a greater diversity of locations, additional airship modification options, and a scientific approach to survival. Far From Home has also revealed the major elements that will be accessible during Early Access. This includes the co-op function, which supports up to four players, and an engrossing tale of how the earth descended into this state.

Along with the announcement, Far From Home expresses gratitude for the support and assistance of all Forever Skies players. The team will gather questions throughout the month of November 2022 in preparation for another AMA at the end of the month. The Steam demo is also back after implementing player-requested quality-of-life changes and expanding the duration of open-world exploring.
