Telltale Games, known for its interactive storytelling, has announced that Episode 1 of ‘The Expanse: A Telltale Series’ is slated to release on July 27. The game will be accessible on several platforms, including PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC via the Epic Games Store.

Following the launch of Episode 1, the subsequent four episodes are planned to be released every two weeks. This ensures that fans of the game will have regular new content to look forward to.

As of June 1, both the standard edition, priced at $39.99, and the Deluxe edition, priced at $44.99, will be available for pre-order. Those who opt to pre-order the game will be rewarded with 24-hour early access on PlayStation and PC platforms. Furthermore, the Deluxe Edition offers additional downloadable content, the specifics of which will be disclosed at a future date.

The Expanse: A Telltale Series provides a fresh and immersive way to experience the thrilling universe of The Expanse. The game’s narrative follows Camina Drummer, a character reprised by Cara Gee, as players navigate the dangerous and unexplored fringes of The Belt aboard the ship, The Artemis.

The gameplay involves a range of activities including scavenging wrecked ships in a zero-gravity environment, surviving a mutiny, and battling formidable pirates. It is up to the players to make challenging choices that will test Camina Drummer’s resolve in this latest installment from Telltale.

Key features of the game include a unique Telltale storyline in which players immerse themselves in the role of Camina Drummer, the Executive Officer aboard The Artemis. The game involves exploring The Belt in zero-gravity, contending with tense crew relationships, and making tough decisions with far-reaching consequences.

The game introduces the largest and most immersive exploration to date in any Telltale game, allowing players to interact with objects in the world and converse with crew members as they navigate through sections of ships and the open expanse of space.
