From Ares Dragonis, Eresys is a co-op game with horror elements inspired by H.P Lovecraft. The teamwork-based game is planned for release on PC via Steam soon.
The official alpha footage teaser trailer for Eresys showcases a quick snippet of the horror-filled environment, and the dangers players must face while trying to survive.
In Eresys, an expelled cultist has been using a book he stole from the order on a remote island. However, his actions resulted in not only his death but also the other inhabitants of the island and an unchecked Void Portal. You and your team of cultists venture to the island to send back the entities and close the portal.
A party of four players must work together to face elements inspired by the Lovecraft Universe. The game features intelligent AI mechanics with terrifying entities that dwell within the forest. These monsters are unlike anything you’ve seen before. They will calculate your choices and actions to uncover new ways to devour you. The only way to survive is to work together and use the order of the occult.
Players can uncover unexpected events through hidden secrets and triggers across the island. The detailed and eerie forest offers a unique environment for you to survive in as the monsters provide an unforgettable and terrifying survival experience. While there are places you can hide, such as cave systems and safe houses, there’s more to them than meets the eye.
Use the resources such as The Book, Scrolls, Pages, Victims, The Oil Lamps, and Alters to gain information, knowledge, blood spheres, and even the ability to resurrect one of your teammates. But be warned, some actions have unexpected consequences.
