The Final Fantasy series is synonymous with gaming, with now over 16 main titles released since the late 1980s. In that time, players have fallen in love and been swept away by the masterfully curated music in each new title, with no one able to agree on the best. The Final Symphony II is a symphonic recreation of the music from Final Fantasy V, VIII, IX, and XIII, and it’s available starting today.
The tracklist features eight different songs from across all of the titles listed above, each presenting a great track to listen to while you drive, work, or just play through your favorite Final Fantasy titles. The album is currently available for purchase on Bandcamp for a listed price of €10, which is around $11 before tax.
The entire track list and each song’s runtime are as follows:
- Fanfare (In a Roundabout Way): 3:36
- Final Fantasy XIII (Utopia in the Sky): 4:21
- Final Fantasy IX (For the People of Gaia): 21:49
- Encore: Final Fantasy IX (Not Alone): 2:58

The Final Symphony II was performed by the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra and follows the original Final Symphony, which compiled a symphony recreation of music from Final Fantasy VI, VII, and X.
