Fortnite will apparently continue its ambitious content push, as recent leaks have shown off another shift in reality for two more points of interest.

Here’s the breaking news from popular Fortnite leaker HYPEX, who goes on to list the affected areas:

Fortnite has smartly relied on the Reality Tree for some pretty big changes, tying fun updates with established lore. This grants the devs total freedom to allow old points of interest to return, or completely rework everything at will without tripping over their own canon.

Sleepy Sound and Condo Canyon will be the next locations affected by changes in reality. Fans are very pleased with Neo Tilted, which has a very unique art design and layout. For newer players, Neo Tilted was the futuristic version of the Tilted Towers that showed up back in May of 2019.

Still, some players are beginning to feel disappointed about focusing on the other redundant points of interest. As much freedom as warped reality could offer, Fortnite has continued to emphasize Coral Castle, which continues to receive constant negativity from fans.

Here’s an amusing response that’s gotten plenty of support against the frequency of Coral Castle:

Of course, map changes have the potential to improve areas like this, but there hasn’t been much success for Coral Castle so far.

Most fans are simply frustrated with some lost opportunities, since the same themes are being revisited. Even worse, players are concerned that the process has often stripped locations of their individuality.

Either way, map changes are always healthy for a Battle Royale game, where the gameplay relies more on settings and mechanics over narrative. And even if some beloved points of interest are lost, there’s still a chance they could return or improve.
