Epic Games is known for its monumental collaborations with different anime, TV, and gaming franchises inside Fortnite over the last couple of years. There have been rumors about a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collab coming to the game, with files in the most recent update giving new information, but now a data miner is also claiming that Shoto Todoroki from My Hero Academia could come soon as well.

Following Epic Games’ deal with Warner Bros. last year, leaks began circulating about a TMNT collaboration, with data miner ShiinaBR alleging they could even be encrypted now for release soon. However, Shiina has also been alleging that Shoto Todoroki could be coming soon from one specific leaker who was right about Ahsoka Tano and Khaby Lame ahead of their battle pass releases.

While the TMNT news has been rumored and talked about for the last year, the My Hero Academia crossover was largely a surprise late last year. The introduction of Shoto, who many would consider one of the most popular characters from the franchise, would likely be high on Epic’s priorities now that it’s got a good core cast.

This is just speculation, but Shiina does allege that the TMNT crossover could already be encrypted in the files due to a file name and the fact the “Pizza Party” event is expected to begin again. We’ll likely know more information if an email is sent to insiders in the cosmetic program or Epic makes an official announcement.
