Every time that players get comfortable with Fortnite, developer Epic Games finds a way to thoroughly surprise players. The news of a new racing mode coming to Fortnite has been enough to surprise many players, with new information occasionally leaking every couple of months or so, including new information allegedly revealed today.

According to Fortnite data miner and content creator ShiinaBR on Twitter, this new game mode will offer a variety of ways to play including casual and more competitive modes. There will also apparently be single-player experiences like Time Trials and Tutorials to help players get accustomed to the new mode. Allegedly, it will also have its own Battle Pass independent of the battle royale.

It seems like it will also have a similar Garage mode as Rocket League, which will allow the player to unlock new cars and customization options similar to the standard battle royale. This would make the fourth main mode that Fortnite has added since its launch, providing a more diverse experience and something for all players.

This is all speculation until it is officially confirmed by Epic Games, which will likely make a big deal of the addition when it comes. It’s alleged that we’ll be able to see it in Chapter Five, and it could be the game’s big addition at the start of the next chapter in December or added as part of a new season somewhere down the line.

As usual, make sure to keep an eye on Epic Game’s social pages for any official news about a new racing mode potentially coming to Fortnite.
