Frostmaw the Mountain Terror is a roaming V-Blood that can be found on the roads in the northern part of the Hallowed Mountains. Frostmaw the Mountain Terror is a level 56 V-blood, so only high-level players should think about taking this boss on.
You can see his location on the map below. Because of his roaming nature, it is just as likely that Frostmaw the Mountain Terror will find you before you find him. Frostmaw the Mountain Terror drops the Ice Nova ability once dispatched and harvested. This growing vortex applies chill or freezes enemies already affected by chill. It also does damage, and freezes enemy vampires for 2.5 seconds, making it strong in PVP. He also drops the recipe for Scrolls.
