Roblox has been really driving hard on the new layered clothing they’ve added to the platform for player avatars. There’s a bunch of free items you can get, and they are now giving away a great new shirt design that just requires you to scan a QR code. This is a bit different than usual, but it’s still an easy way to get a free item without having to pay Robux.
All you need to do is grab your mobile device, open up the camera, and focus in on the QR code that is shown below. Your phone should pick it up automatically, but if not you can download a QR scanning app from the app store of your device.
When you scan the QR code and click on the Roblox button that appears, it should automatically take you to the Roblox app as long as you have it installed on your device. You will see a item redeemed message on screen, and you should now find the VIP Color Block T-Shirt in your inventory!
While this is a bit of an unusual method to give away an item, it’s still a nice little gift for players on the platform. Many are without Robux, so they can’t purchase avatar items, which is why free stuff gives many an opportunity to stylize their avatar a bit more!
