In Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, while you’re working through the main story and collecting all the Pokemon you can, you’ll come across Technical Machines, which allows players to learn recipes to teach their Pokemon new moves. It can get overwhelming trying to remember where resources and recipes are, though. Grass Pledge TM146 Location – How to get it
You can find Grass Pledge TM in East Paldean Sea. It is a reward for defeating Team Star Boss Atticus. Once you have this move, you will be able to teach the Grass Pledge to your Pokemon, which has the effect of: “A column of grass hits the target. When used with its water counterpart, this move’s power is boosted and a vast swamp appears.” As many TMs are found in the world of Paldea, be on the lookout for Yellow Poke Balls!

Grass Pledge TM Recipe – How to make it
To craft Grass Pledge, you will need the following resources: 8000 LP, 3x Applin Juice, 3x Toedscool Flaps and 3x Deerling Hair. Once you have the recipe, you’ll be able to craft the recipe at any Pokemon Center’s TM Machine as long as you have the required resources to do so.
Tip: If you need more League Points (LP), remember that you can trade in materials you won’t be using to the TM Machine in exchange for LP. You can also receive LP for interacting with Tera Raid Dens (they look like large, sparkling crystals). Sparkling Pokemon will give you LP when defeated or caught.
