Gungrave G.O.R.E is a stylish third-person action shooter by South Korean Studio IGGYMOB and published by Prime Matter. It is the latest installment in the Gungrave series. The Gungrave VR, which was released back in 2017, serves as a prologue to Gungrave G.O.R.E. It is slated for release on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Series S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam on November 22nd. In Gungrave G.O.R.E, players take on the role of the badass gun-wielding anti-hero, Grave, as they attack hordes of enemies in a bloody battle of bullets and experience a story of vengeance, love, and loyalty, all in a gorgeous third-person action shooter that combines the best of Eastern and Western game design. The game has stunning images based on real-life sites in South-East Asia with a futuristic, dark twist.
Gungrave G.O.R.E is set in a world where SEED, a drug that destroys one’s soul and was supposed to have been eradicated for good, has returned and begun to be distributed. Mika’s “El-Alcangel” group, which hunts SEED, is in conflict with the Raven Clan, an organization that distributes SEED. Another SEED hunter, Quartz, discovered that Raven Clan’s base is located in Scumland. The story begins as Mika and Grave arrived in Scumland with the intention of eradicating SEED completely.
