Hell Let Loose is a multiplayer tactical first-person shooter video game developed by studio Black Matter and published by Team17. Recently, Hell Let Loose provided a sneak peek at the content offered by its upcoming Burning Snow update 13.
Hell Let Loose Burning Snow update will be released on Tuesday, December 6th. This update 13 will feature a new full-time Community Manager, animation optimization, Steam free weekend, and a new premium DLC bundle that will roll out upon the Burning Snow update’s release. The new ‘Burning Snow’ update includes the following notable additions:
New Vehicles
- T-70 Light Tank
- Jeeps for all factions USA, Germany, and Soviet
New Weapons
- US: M2-2 Flamethrower
- GER: Flammenwerfer41
- SOV: Molotovs
- SOV: Bazooka
New Map
- Kharkov (Snow map)
Additional Improvements
- Updated and improved Player Animations
- Updated and improved Uniform Loadout presets
- UI Improvements
In addition, a substantial amount of effort has been done to address several minor issues, such as minor terrain errors and etc. Hell Let Loose will also have a Free Weekend on all platforms beginning on December 1st.
Among the implemented quality-of-life improvements for Hell Let Loose U13 is the first iteration of an animation optimization improvement. Animation optimization aims to enhance the appearance and feel of the animations while improving the performance of the third-person skeleton.
With the release of Update 13, the new DLC cosmetics pack will also be available. This DLC pack, called “Skull Bucket,” will include two distinct helmets for each of the US, German, and Soviet forces. The helmets have the following features:
- US – 101st Airborne 506th PIR Paratrooper M1
- US – 29th Infantry Division M1
- Germany – Paratrooper M38 Fallschirmjäger Helmet
- Germany – M35 Double Decal Police Helmet
- Soviet – 1941 Model Blockaded Leningrad Helmet
- Soviet – M36 Budenovka Winter Cap
