Halo Infinite Multiplayer Beta
While we haven’t had an official word from 343 Industries or Microsoft on how long the multiplayer beta of Halo Infinite will last, it seems very likely that it will go on until the full release of Halo Infinite on December 8th, 2021.
We do know for sure, however, that all of your Battle Pass progression and shop purchases will carry over from the beta to the full release of the game:
Season 1: Heroes of Reach officially begins today. All of your Battle Pass progression, Spartan customization, and shop purchases will carry over from the beta to the full release of #HaloInfinite.
This is a good sign that the beta will last until the release date, and you shouldn’t worry about too much lag time if any. Once the game fully releases, you will still be able to play the multiplayer version of the game for free, even without purchasing the campaign. The multiplayer part of Halo is going to be free for the foreseeable future, which means you’ll get to play as much as you want!
The Beta release of Halo Infinite Multiplayer includes quite a few different modes between the Arena and Big Team Battle options. You will find the following game types available:
Arena multiplayer is up to 8 players and includes:
