BitLife is full of randomness, which requires you to test your patience quite often. This is usually the case when it comes to certain tasks that you need to complete in challenges. These things are usually a bit easier than they seem, but they can be labeled in ways that aren’t always clear. We’ll teach you how to increase the intellect of your character with this easy to follow guide!

Smarts Guide

The best way to increase your Smarts and get to 100% in BitLife is to read books. You will want to do this when you’re young, because the books are much shorter and still give you a nice increase in intellect. While other things like studying and going to the library might get you a bit of smarts in the long run. Reading books in the game will give you an increase in smarts immediately.

It is surprisingly simple to gain Smarts in BitLife due to the Book reading activity. You just need to head to Activities > Mind & Body > Books and choose from a selection of different books. You can then tap on the book logo to read a page. Keep tapping until the book has been completed and you will earn anywhere from a few percent to 20 – 30 per book you read!

You really want to make sure you do this when you’re young, because the books are way shorter and you seem to get larger chunks of smarts when you finish one. Once you have your 100% Smarts, you can just study in school or go to the library and it should be maintained. You can also just read another book if for some reason it won’t increase any further when you age up.

That’s everything you need to know about getting 100% Smarts in BitLife! If you want to learn more about the game, check out all of our guides in the BitLife section of the site.
