Where Do You Learn To Fish And Use A Fishing Rod In Pet Catchers?

In Pet Catchers, you can learn how to fish and use a Fishing Rod by starting a special task from The Old Sailer in Sunset Shores. This important character is really key in your journey to get the Fishing Rod and start your fishing adventures. When you talk to The Old Sailer at the fishing spot, you can get the Fishing Rod and begin a task. You don’t have to finish the task right away, so you’re free to go fishing after you get the rod.

How To Fish Using A Fishing Rod In Pet Catchers

To fish, you need a fishing rod in your inventory. With it there, you can go to any pool or body of water. If you can see an “E” prompt appear, then you can fish in that body of water. You can also fish in lava.

You can’t fish anywhere you want for some reason. So you’re going to have to go through trial and error before you know whether or not you can fish at a location.

Other Fishing Rod Quests From Old Sailor

The Old Sailor is well-known for assigning tasks with excellent rewards that make the game more enjoyable. In Sunset Shores, this character gives players different jobs to catch fish and upgrade their Fishing Rod. After completing the initial task, “The Diamond Rod,” The Old Sailor provides more tasks to keep you busy.

These quests have various objectives, such as catching a specific number or type of fish. Upon completing a quest, you’ll receive rewards such as coins and special eggs. Every 50th completed quest earns you a valuable special egg. Additionally, reaching the 200th or 400th quest will unlock rewards like the Sailor’s Turtle and the Queen Jelly.
