Featured Bitlife Promoted Working Less Hours

BitLife is full of all sorts of random things that will happen, which requires you to test your patience quite often. This is usually the case when it comes to certain tasks that you need to complete in challenges. Some of these things you may have done before, but when they are part of a challenge, you might be required to exceed your limits. Learn how to get promoted by not working so hard by following along with us in this guide.

Getting promoted while being lazy

To get a promotion working less than expected in BitLife, you will need to adjust your Working Hours so that they are less than expected hours per week you are supposed to work. Once you’ve moved them down, just work harder at your job and you should eventually get promoted.

Keep in mind that you will need to make sure you have a job that you can actually get promoted in for this to work. If there’s no upward mobility, you might be at the end of the line in terms of promotions. Look for something that has Jr. or Apprentice in the title, which means you can move up in the position.

Once you have a job where you can actually get promoted in, you will then need to head to the Jobs menu, select your job, and then pick the Hours option. You will see the amount of hours you are expected to work, and you can then pick your hours. Pick slightly less hours than required so you don’t get fired.

Bitlife Adjust Your Work Hours

Now that you’ve got the hours set, just make sure to use the Work Harder option and do it a few times a year. Age up and see if you get promoted. Continue this process until it happens. If worse comes to worse, you can try adjusting your hours back to normal and then drop them back down after a year. Eventually, you should get promoted even if you are taking off early!

That’s everything you need to know about getting yourself promoted while not working the full amount of hours you are supposed to in BitLife! If you want to learn more about the game, check out all of our guides in the BitLife section of the site.
