To get Orange, you will have to forage for it, which means you’ll have to keep an eye out for the item on trees throughout the region. It is used primarily in Cooking in various recipes in the game. The in-game description is, “Used to grow only in the warm Southern Isles, but adapted quite well to a more northern climate.” This can also be sold for 20 Coins.
