Anime Vanguards Renguko Guide – How to Get (Update 0.5 Slayer’s Corps)

To get the secret unit Renguko in Anime Vanguards, you must participate in raids added in update 0.5, Slayer’s Corps. Specifically, you must play in the Spider Forest Act 4 Web Demon raid for a chance to obtain Renguko as a reward; however, it’s a 1% drop rate. This means you’ll have to play this act repeatedly, but there is a way to improve the drop rate, but not by much.

You can improve the drop rate of Renguko by using the Fortune Catalyst, which will increase the drop rate to 2% when playing through the act. Remember that only one Fortune Catalyst (Slayer) item can be used per match.

How to Get Fortune Catalyst in Anime Vanguards

There are two ways to obtain the Fortune Catalyst (Slayer). Firstly, you can acquire it from the Raid Shop for 400 Red Webs. Secondly, you can purchase it for 199 Robux also from the Raid Shop. You can use the Fortune Catalyst to improve your chances of obtaining Renguko in Spider Forest Act 4 Web Demon.

To earn more Red Web currency, complete raid Acts:

  • Act 1 Drum Demon – x5-10 Red Web
  • Act 2 Vector Demon – x5-10 Red Web
  • Act 3 Temari Demon – x10-15 Red Web
  • Act 4 Web Demon – x20-25 Red Web

Unfortunately, no other methods exist to increase your drop rate chances apart from the Fortune Catalyst. Your only alternative is to try your luck by trading with other players, but since Renguko is the latest secret unit, you may have to pay over the odds to acquire it!

How to Join a Raid in Anime Vanguards

To join a raid, you must be at least level 10. However, with only four unit slots unlocked, you’ll find it extremely difficult, as the next one doesn’t unlock until LVL 30 and the next LVL 50. My advice is to bring a few friends along who can help you out, as this will make the acts go by faster while also farming Red Web faster! As you need Red Web to purchase all the new Slayer Units’ evolution items.
