To get Santa’s House, you will need to go to the Winter Holiday Event Garage, which is where it is located. You will not need to merge any items or make a purchase in order to get it. This is a starting point for the holiday event, as Santa’s House drops Festive Sticky Tape, Fountain Pens, Craft Supplies, Snow Globes, and Fireplace bricks. It has 40 drops per recharge and takes 2 hours to recharge.
