Peroxide Shikai Quest Guide – How to Get Your Shikai

To get your Skikai in Peroxide, you need to make sure you reach level 15 as a Soul Reaper, collect Orbs, complete your Shikai quests, and battle your Inner Spirit to earn your Shikai.

How to Get Your Shikai in Peroxide

Once you hit level 15 in Peroxide, you can start your meditation and enter the Spirit world by simply pressing the N key to meet your Inner Spirit. In the Spirit world, you’ll begin a mini-game where your task is to collect 160 orbs as a spirit while a chain is tied to your character. This must be done before getting your Shikai.

As you start to collect these orbs after you’ve collected so many, your Inner Spirit will task you with one or maybe more of the following Peroxide Shikai quests:

  1. Shikai Quest 1: Defeat One Who Opposes You
  2. Shikai Quest 2: Break The Barrier Slay a Powerful Hollow
    • For this, you need to find and kill an Adjuchas or higher.
  3. Shikai Quest 3: Bring Me The Head of a Civilized Enemy
    • For this quest, you need to kill one of the Soul Reapers guarding the entrance to Soul Society.

It is not easy to do this solo, so my advice is to always bring a friend or two. However, to get credit for the kill, you need to do the most damage to it, or it will not count as your kill. Or level up to your level 20, and you shouldn’t have an issue.

Once the Peroxide Shikai quests are completed, press N to enter the Shikai dimension. By speaking to it, you will learn the name of your Shikai, and you can battle with it, however, I recommend waiting before you do so. I did not, and I died faster than I could count.

How To Defeat Shikai Boss in Peroxide

Your Shikai is very powerful and difficult to defeat in Peroxide, as it uses all the skills you have, plus all the skills of your Shkai to be, so ensure your stats are high enough first. To do this, head to the dojo and begin training to boost your stats. When you think you are strong enough, press N to enter the Shikais dimension and attempt to defeat it. Don’t worry if you lose, you do not have to collect 160 orbs again.

If you overcome this test, you’ll earn your Shikai, which will vary based on your Element.

How to Activate Your Shikai in Peroxide

To unleash the power of your Shikai in Peroxide, press the G key. You’ll notice a new bar appear on the left side of your screen. Ensure the gauge is filled up to at least 20% or higher. Once you achieve rank B, you can use this transformation without restrictions. If you’re not engaged in combat, the gauge will decrease. Still, after unlocking Bankai, you can activate your Shikai, even with an empty gauge.

All Shikai Types

There are seven distinct Shikai types in Peroxide:

  • Lightning
  • Glacier
  • Clone
  • Fire
  • Gravity
  • Wind
  • Explosion

Each Shikai type has its strengths and weaknesses, and if you want to know which one is best, check out our Peroxide Shikai Tier List and our Peroxide Reroll guide.
