The primary method of obtaining the Tech Chest Key is through the Rank Rewards. Reach ranks 19, 20, and 21 to unlock the Tech Chest Key as a reward. I know for definite players can be certain of acquiring 5 Tech Chest keys upon reaching Rank 21 Reward 60.
Obtaining Tech Key Halves in PS99
Alternatively, players can collect two halves of a key – the upper half and the bottom half – and combine them to form a complete Tech Key. These key halves can be obtained from breaking certain objects, although the chances of doing so are low. So be prepared to grind and farm a lot for these keys.
