The next big release for the storied Pokemon franchise has arrived, and it is a fairly new take on the well-known set of games. In Pokemon Legends: Arceus (PLA), you will be exploring an open world that is filled with wild Pokemon that have yet to form their bonds with humanity. On your adventure, you will be collecting many different items that will aid you on your quests. If you’re hoping to pack away as much as you can, you will need to have an upgraded satchel! Having limited storage is a bit of a new concept for Pokemon, because in the past you pretty much got as much storage as you wanted. You would end up with a bunch of items you might never use, and they would just sit in your inventory until you decided to sell them off for some cash.
How to increase Satchel Storage
To get more satchel storage, you will need to head to Jubilife Village and into the Galaxy Hall where you will be reporting frequently. Once you enter into the Hall, you will find Bagin who is on the first floor and to the left of the entrance near the stairs. Talk to the NPC and they will increase your storage by one if you pay them their teaching fee!
It should be noted that each time you pay to increase your bag space the price will go up. Initially it is around 1,500 Pokedollars, and it goes up by 500 Pokedollars for each additional increase! This will add up pretty quickly, so make sure to save your cash so that you can continue to upgrade your Satchel.
If you’re struggling with getting money, there are some grinding options available to you. One thing is to take out Alpha Pokemon, which are the larger sized and red-eyed types you will find around different areas in the game. When you defeat them, you get EXP Candy and other valuable items that can be sold for quite a bit of cash. You also earn money when you catch a bunch of Pokemon and return from your expedition.
