To make a Shiny Gift in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you will need 1x Festive Wrapping Paper, 1x Shiny Emerald, and 1x Shiny Ruby. Combine these materials together at the crafting station and you will obtain a Shiny Gift that you can give to a character in-game.
This is newly-added furniture item for the holiday 2022 season. It was added in the Mission in Uncharted Space Update that went live on December 6th.

Now, put all the ingredients at the crafting station to craft the recipe. Keep in mind, this is for an upcoming, limited time event later on around December 19th (a week before Christmas), so you will not be able to forage Festive Wrapping Paper until the event launches!
