To initiate the Rebirth 4 process, you must first reach Area 99 in the game. There is no other way to Rebirth 4; you must get to Area 99 and locate the Rebirth 4 statue. Upon interacting, you will be presented with the option to Rebirth, which leads to obtaining various benefits.
