V Rising has you awakening as a vampire in a hostile world. You will need to find blood to regain your strength, and build your way up to the top of the vampire hierarchy. To do so, you will need to create a base for you and your friends or attempt to go it alone. If you’re trying to repair your gear in the game, we’ll tell you how in this guide.

Restoring Durability

To repair your gear in V Rising, you will need to have the specifically required resources for your damaged gear in your inventory, which is listed on the armor when you hover over it with your mouse. Once you have all the required materials, just click in your middle mouse button (scroll wheel) on the item you want to restore and it will be repaired!

Like in most games, your armor and weapons will lose durability as you use them. If something you are wearing degrades far enough, you will see a yellow icon appear in the middle of your screen alerting you that something you have equipped needs to be repaired.

The required items you need to repair things depends on the type. For instance, Boneguard armor requires Bone and Animal Hide to repair.

If you aren’t aware of how to access your gear, you just need to hit the Tab key on your keyboard to see your character sheet which will show your inventory and what you’re wearing. You can also craft from this menu.

That’s everything you need to know about repairing your gear to its full durability in the game! We’ve got more great content on the game in the V Rising section of our website.
