Attack on Titan Revolution Attack Titan Raid Guide – How to Trigger Secret Onikiri Raid
The Onikiri raid is not a separate event in Attack on Titan Revolution; it has a chance of replacing the regular Attack Titan raid with a 10% chance. So, you’ll start Attack Titan raids like normal, but you gotta keep your eyes peeled for something different. There’s a quick trick to check if you got the Onikiri raid without messing around too much.
Identifying the Onikiri Raid
The trick is to check out how the Attack Titan looks. Upon starting an Attack Titan raid, examine the boss. If it’s the standard Attack Titan, you haven’t triggered the Easter egg. So, if he looks like the image below, the Onikiri Raid has not triggered.

However, if the Attack Titan appears with the Onikiri skin—a distinct visual change—you’ve successfully spawned the secret raid; look to the image below for the Onikiri Skin of the Attack Titan.

Efficiently Spawning Onikiri
The most efficient method for finding the Onikiri raid involves repeatedly retrying the Attack Titan raid.
- Start an Attack Titan raid as usual.
- Check the Attack Titan’s appearance. If it’s not Onikiri, allow the raid to end (you can intentionally let the titan kill you or let the timer run out).
- Use the “Retry” button to quickly restart the raid without leaving the server. This saves significant time compared to leaving and rejoining.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 until the Onikiri version of the Attack Titan spawns. The 10% spawn chance means you should find it relatively quickly using this method.
Onikiri Raid Rewards: The Onikiri Set
Defeating Onikiri offers a chance to obtain the exclusive three-piece Onikiri Set, which I believe is only for a limited time:
- Onikiri Blade
- Onikiri Gear
- Onikiri Sheath
The drop rates for this set are:
- Hard: 0.2%
- Severe: 0.6%
- Aberrant: 2.0%
This boss is no joke, so bring your A-game! Playing on higher difficulties (especially Aberrant) boosts your chances of getting the Onikiri Set, but it also makes the fight much harder. A good squad can make all the difference in Attack on Titan Revolution.
