Roland has been in Sakura Stand for a while now, and yet the quest to acquire the Roland spec was, to say the least, a grind fest. The developers realized this and added a new way to get the Roland spec by defeating him as the latest Raid Boss. Here’s a guide on how to summon the Roland Raid Boss in Sakura Stand.

If you’re after some codes, head to our Sakura Stand codes page and see what you can get! Or, if you want to attempt the other method to get the Roland spec, check out our guide here: How To Get Roland Spec in Sakura Stand.

Sakura Stand Summoning Roland Raid Boss Guide

To summon Roland, the Raid Boss in Sakura Stand, you must first accept a quest from an NPC called “Eyegonis, #1 Roland Hater“. If you do not accept this quest, then it is impossible for you to summon Roland. Here’s where you can find him:

  • Travel to the Ruined City Map in Sakura Stand.
  • Locate and interact with the NPC named “Eyegonis, #1 Roland Hater,” situated near the spawn point.
  • Accept the quest offered by Eyegonis.

Roland Summoning Process

  • Proceed to the central area of the Ruined City, where the “Hope” entity is usually found (commonly used for summoning Deku).

  • Interact with “Hope” to initiate the summoning process.
  • There is a chance the summoning will fail, transforming “Hope” into “Despair.”
  • Repeat step 2 (interacting with “Hope”) until “Despair” appears.
  • Interact with “Despair” to summon the new Raid Boss, “The Black Silence.”

Be prepared for a challenge, as The Black Silence, aka Roland, is considered one of the most difficult bosses in Sakura Stand. Assembling a strong raid group is highly recommended for defeating it, as solo victories seem impossible at this time. But I can guarantee soon, well, crazy players will succeed where others have failed.

Roland is known for its speed and ability to summon additional fighters, including NPCs like Angelica—why we recommend joining as a radio group—and even spawnable weapons with their own health bars. The boss has multiple phases, including one reducing screen visibility and making it harder to track everyone.

If you and/or your raid group emerge victorious, you may obtain a glove item that grants the Roland Spec as a reward for your efforts.
