Featured Dinkum Shiny Rocks

Dinkum is the newest farming and crafting game on Steam. In this down-under adventure, players can join up with their friends to explore a world based on the Australian outback. While the game may be a relaxing journey, building your town in the bush can be hard if you’re not prepared. If you want to know how to take a picture in Dinkum, this guide is for you.

Taking photos in Dinkum

Before you can take any photos in Dinkum, you’re going to need a camera. In order to purchase a camera, you will first need to attract Theodore to your island and build his museum. Once Theodore has his business up and running, he’ll have a camera for sale. Purchasing this camera will unlock the ability to take photos.

The camera will cost 16,000 dinks, which should be a fairly easy expense for someone at this point in the game. If you’re having trouble getting to the 16,000 dink mark, check out our guide on the best ways to make money in Dinkum.

Once you’ve got the camera, you can equip it on your toolbar and select it to start taking pictures. Using the right mouse button will aim the camera, allowing you to set up the perfect shot. Once you’re ready to capture the perfect picture, use the left mouse button to take it.
