Unfortunately, it appears that console players of Hunt: Showdown are set to experience a delay in the release of the new 1.13 patch and Tide of Shadows event. The launch of the update and the event was originally slated for Wednesday, June 28th. However, recent developments have caused some “unexpected issues” and it will be delayed.
The game’s developer shared this information via a statement on Twitter: “Console Hunters, Due to some unexpected issues, we must postpone the console release of Update 1.13 and the Tide of Shadows event for a few days.”
This alteration in schedule impacts console players specifically. PC users will continue to receive the update and the event as originally scheduled.
The developer expressed its hopes of resolving the issues promptly. They also assured console users that more details on the updated release schedule would be provided soon: “We hope to have these issues resolved soon and will provide an update on the release schedule in the coming days.”
In light of the delay, the developer expressed their appreciation for the understanding and patience shown by the console users. Furthermore, they indicated that more information about potential compensation for this delay would be disclosed in due course: “Thank you for your understanding and patience. We will have more information on compensation for this delay in the coming days!”
