The new Roblox Islands Trap Door update has been released on December 10th, 2021! This release brings the ability to now craft trap doors in the game. You can also add new coral blocks with all of the available colors that can be found. A variety of the turkey issues have been fixed, so if you were having any issues with them you should hopefully find that they have been corrected. There’s been a variety of other changes, which you can find in the patch notes below.

Islands Trap Door Patch Notes

Added trap doors (wood and metal)
Added new coral blocks for all coral variants! (green, blue, yellow, and pink)

Turkey Trophy is now attainable from Kontos
Overhauled item and coin notifications!
Improved the potion effect status UI
Updated the treasure map with the new hub
Improved eating for mobile players
Opened treasure chests no longer make sound
Increased Industrial Milker capacity (3 → 6)

Fixed issue with turkeys not dropping off berries
Fixed issue with searching inventory in foreign languages
Fixed bug where if you had multiple treasure maps, you could only use one
Fixed bug where the Static Scepter could spawn multiple arcs
Fixed the industrial milker

Lighting now changes with song changes
We primarily made this change to improve performance due to constant shadow changes. Please send us your feedback regarding this change.
Placing blocks should feel less laggy now
Reduced lag due to totem animations
Reduced lag due to clouds
Reduced lag due to glass blocks
